initiatives? We're looking for an Enterprise Technology Services
Manager to manage technology related initiatives for Delta Dental
of Washington through our technology services suppliers. In this
position, you will ensure our technology achieves defined
performance levels, anticipate and plan for future technology
requirements, define program achievements, remove bottlenecks,
provide transparency to partners, and ensure effective
collaboration across teams and organizations as we accelerate our

Western Washington varies between $125,510.00 - $181,745.00, and
for Eastern Washington varies between $103,950.00 - $150,525.00.
Delta Dental of Washington intends to offer the selected candidate
a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related,
non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also
be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

notice.Ensure business goals, objectives, and success criteria are
well understood and included in appropriate technology
initiatives.Serve as the escalation point for business leaders to
resolve technology issues with our technology service
providers.Ensure business leaders are prepared to adopt technology
changes with appropriate organizational change management plans and
training programs.Lead technology program management for Delta
Dental of Washington: quarterly planning, sprint planning, setting
measurable goals, progress tracking, risk management, issue
resolution, dependency tracking, reporting and all program
communication.Develop project schedules and priorities, and lead
implementation of initiatives to deliver objectives within the
agreed timeframes and achieving critical goals.Maintain a
high-level understanding of tools, technologies, business
processes, and system functionality at Delta Dental of Washington
to assist business leaders in defining a comprehensive enterprise
technology strategy and comprehending technology change
initiatives.Experience, skills, and education do you need to have
to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to
successfully perform the essential functions of the position. - -8+
years of technical product or program management experience running
programs across cross functional teams, building processes, and
coordinating release schedules.4+ years of experience leading large
scale technical initiatives & projects from initiation to
completion for a SaaS/PaaS based Product Development
organization.Experience leading innovative digital enterprise
transformation and implementing cloud and emerging technologies to
enable productivity and growth.Experience in enterprise
architecture and enterprise systems, including systems such as
sales and CRM systems (e.g Salesforce), enterprise resource
planning systems, billing and payment systems, and other such
systems.Experience working with cloud-oriented data warehouse, data
platform, and data lake technologies (e.g. Snowflake), including
data pipeline development and data engineering.Experience
partnering with all levels of seniority by building strong positive
relationships and leading through influence.including managing
external partners working with technical teams.Ability to
communicate technical concepts to non-technical business partners
and executive leadership.Experience applying principles of Lean and
Agile methodologiesExperience using data and metrics to determine
