Service Sales Account Executive to join our sales team based out
Western WA.The Service Sales Account Executive will execute the
company's service sales strategy, to meet business goals, gain
market insights and build pipeline into emerging service
opportunities . This role will provide consultation and education
to new and prospective service customers to identify appropriate
Absco products/solutions to meet customers' fire, life safety, and
security needs.What You Will DoPartner with sales management on
execution of a Service business plan including opportunity
development and competitive strategiesSupport sales management to
deliver meaningful impact in the fire, life safety, and security
space, to include education and proposal production.Develop and
foster a network, track communicate market trends, and lead
effective counter strategiesCreate and lead execution of sales for
both existing Service customers and new business.Forecast Service
sales and provide reporting on sales plans.Develop, nurture, and
grow existing and prospective business relationships.Gain deep
understanding of customer fire, life safety, and security master
planning needs, and research appropriate product
solutions.Collaborate across Design, Operations, Technology, and
Accounting teams to understand and accurately identify solutions to
meet customer needs.Maintain knowledge of product applications,
technical services, market conditions, and competitors'
activities.Participate in networking events, trade shows, and
training seminars as needed to promote business relationships.What
You Will BringThree or more years' experience in business
development or sales (fire, life safety systems preferred)High
school diploma or GED requiredProficient with MS Office suiteSolid
virtual and in-person presentation skillsAbility to negotiation and
track sales leads to closureConstruction industry knowledge
preferredLive within assigned territoryPossess a valid driver's
license and clean driving record, pursuant to Absco Solutions'
driver insurability requirementsWilling and able to travel
overnight within/outside of assigned territoryHow You Will Be

use common office equipment such as phone, copier, printer,
etc.Compensation PackageAnnual Salary: $65K base plus commission
