Job Description:
A company is looking for a Conversational Architect to develop
AI-focused virtual agents.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops to capture business requirements and document
virtual agent needs
Present and troubleshoot conversational agents in Dialogflow CX
with clients
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while ensuring technical
specifications are met
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in architecting and building virtual agent
solutions, preferably with Dialogflow CX
Experience in bringing a virtual agent to market or working with
deployed agents
Intimate knowledge of NLP, NLU, and model maintenance
Experience with programming languages like Java or Python for data
integration
Familiarity with user dashboards or analytical applications is a
plus
