This is a hybrid, in-office role. You'll work in person at our Miami or Seattle Office Tuesday to Thursday each week. You'll be responsible for strategic design, implementation, enhancements, and maintenance to CRM, Marketing Technology, Data Quality, data warehouse, data pipelines and Business Intelligence. This role will typically be challenged with executing agreed development pace while maintaining strict SLA standards.Here's a summary of what Holland America Line is looking for in its Senior Solution Architect. Is this you?Responsibilities

• Evaluate business requirements to determine the most appropriate technical architecture and design patterns.
• Design and implement high-performance, scalable enterprise information architecture and distributed applications design.
• Assist CRM, Marketing Technology, Data Engineering and BI managers and Scrum masters in breaking down projects into Jira tickets.
• Participate in code reviews and provide suggestions to improve quality and comply with architectural, design, and coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain audit and validation processes to detect data integrity problems and work with developers internally and externally to solve data integrity issues.
• Direct and support implementation of software and hardware upgrades for all CRM, MarTech, data and BI technologies.Requirements
• 7 years of Administration and development experience in data warehousing, ETL, and BI.
• Experience in development and administration of Python programming (minimum 2 years required).
• Experience in cloud concepts (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Software engineering with experience in design, development, and scheduling batch scripts (minimum 5 years required).
• Experience with a relational database (Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata or Netezza) (minimum 5 years required).
• Experience with Snowflake (3 years required).
• Experience in dashboard reporting such as Tableau or Power BI (minimum 2 years required).
• Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (5 years required).
• Proficiency using SQL or stored procedure programming.
• Proficiency in cloud concepts.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse organizations and teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• IT leadership experience coordinating technical developers.
• Experience in CRM systems like Salesforce and Siebel.
• Experience in Marketing technology tools and Customer Data Platforms.What You Can Expect

• Base Salary Range: $124,600 to $168,200. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
