Volt is immediately hiring a Facilities Coordinator in Puyallup,
WA.
*Must be able to train in Seattle (98104) for 1 month*
*30 hours per week*
As a Facilities Coordinator you will:
Assist with office moves, upgrades, and general maintenance.
Submit orders and manage restocking of supplies
Answer phones, register employees for events, handle mail, and
ensure smooth daily operations.
Keep our printers, copiers, and plotters running with regular
maintenance and troubleshooting
Manage our vehicles with scheduling, tracking, and logistics
support.
Eventually commute to all offices in the Puget sound area.
This is a Full time, Temp to Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
2 years of facilities management or administrative assistant
experience in an office setting.
Must have valid drivers license
Previous experience in a position requiring collaboration, client
service, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft /Google Suite, Teams, and calendaring
software.
Pay: $25 - $28 /hr
30 hours per week (9 AM - 3 PM, Monday to Friday)
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
