Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Product Designer - UI/UX for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

You have experience with creative direction (agency or client). You will establish strong relationships to build alignment and evangelize design system use. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Participate in cross function team (product designers, front end developers, video creators) to conduct a visual audit of learning and help experiences.
Modernize learning and help touch points based on client's design libraries, and reusable coded components.
Advocate for accessibility, diversity, and inclusion from ideation to implementation.
Help to create a phased approach to roll out a new version of the design library.
Continue to evolve and refine design libraries for new touch points and emerging technologies.
Design and implement prototypes, mock-ups, task analysis, usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigation structures, and affinity diagrams.
Generates design ideas; presents and sells designs to product group.
Understands customer needs and motivations and integrates them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality.
Strong knowledge of user interface and functionality design required.
Strong creative skills and ability to generate esign ideas required.
Experience creating and implementing usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigation structures, and affinity diagrams is required.
Fluency with standard design software tools (Figma, Illustrator, etc) is required. Strong interaction design and web technology skills may be required.
Experience working with rich clients or web applications is a plus.


Qualifications:5+ years creative leadership across a variety of touch points.
Experience with creating, developing and deploying a design system at scale.
Excellent visual design, branding, identity, design systems and storytelling skills.
Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Highly proficient), MS Office.
Technical understanding of capabilities and constraints for platforms including web and native mobile (iOS and Android).
General knowledge of web technologies (i.e. HTML and CSS).
Portfolio with examples incorporating illustration, sound, motion and animation into a design system.
Flawless attention to detail.
Experience with learning products or generative AI is helpful.
