Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Support Processor
to join their expanding Customer Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
Triage and process service requests received via digital
communication channels
Ensure accurate data tagging within a Zendesk ticket and maintain
customer records
Assist in identifying and escalating potential issues that hinder
customer success
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or related
role
Prior 100% remote work experience
Insurance agency experience is a plus
Experience with service ticketing systems is a plus
High degree of technical proficiency with online tools and
systems
