Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support its recruitment efforts in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment
strategies
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and manage the
recruitment process
Maintain accurate job postings and candidate records in the ATS
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting,
preferably in healthcare or technology
Proven track record of sourcing high-quality candidates
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment
tools
Experience in a hyper-growth startup environment is a plus
