achievement to the division. Your focus on the team will include
product management and marketing of the Pfizer Oncology AI Solution
Platform. This includes managing the transition of projects from
the client partner team to the creation center teams and the
platform's value realization strategy.It is your hard work and

milestones and help patients across the globe.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
How You Will Achieve ItLead strategic direction including business
performance and financial management for highly complex activities
within a division.Drive and maintain close positive partnership and
productive relationships with business leadership and provide
support for cross functional teams.Lead and support business case
development and Pfizer Digital strategy to ensure consistent and
value add partnership with business and Pfizer Digital
stakeholders.Develop business proposals and make product/project
presentations for clients.Develop and implement supporting
technological strategy in a broad range of application
areas.Understand market driven external technical capabilities and
gather competitive assessments.Accountable for the overall success
and lifecycle of the product by leading product teams through
definition, design, user story/requirement creation, documentation,
launch, go-to-market activities, management updates and Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs). Lead a supporting team of business
analysts.Lead governance to prioritize and manage demand for each
division/function.Focus on technologies including automation,
natural language processing, machine learning, predictive
analytics, blockchain, and business process management and how they
can meet the objectives of the Pfizer Oncology Division.Provide
thought leadership to drive the organization to continuously
improve operations.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's Degree or
equivalent15+ years' experienceSignificant prior experience
developing and delivering digital, data analytics and technology
solutionsDemonstrated program management and organizational
leadership skillsDemonstrated strong financial business acumen,
including business case development, Return on Investment and
benefit analysis post project completionStrategic thinker both from
a business and technology perspectiveDemonstrates innovation and
risk-taking with budgeting and financial acumenStrong people

Assignment: -Must be able to work from assigned Pfizer office 2-3
days per week, or as needed by the businessThe annual base salary
for this position ranges from $173,300.00 to $288,800.00. In
addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's
Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base
salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term
